Common mistakes / natural phrasing

Use '入住' for check-in and '退房' for check-out; don't mix them. '房卡' is more common than '钥匙' in modern hotels. For 'I have a reservation,' '我有预订' is natural; avoid overly formal '我预订了房间' unless writing.
